New Delhi, March 11: Former prime minister Manmohan Singh on Wed aforesaid he has created his position clear the CBI on the allocation of coal blocks.

“I have respect for the judicial method. I even have declared my position before the CBI. I even have issued statements conjointly justifying what we did,” he told reporters once asked regarding summons to him by a special court here in a case concerning the allocation of coal blocks.

He conjointly aforesaid that he can talk to his legal counsel on contesting the summons.

Special judge India Parashar, once taking cognizance of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) final report within the coal block allocation case, summoned the previous prime minister, businessman Kumar Mangalam Birla and former coal secretary P.C. Parakh.
