New Delhi, March 11: A group of AAP legislators have written to party convenor Arvind Kejriwal asking him to line an example by taking strict disciplinary action against party leaders Prashant Bhushan and Yogendra Yadav for “anti-party activities”.
The letter, that was leaked to the media on Wednesday, conjointly demanded the removal of party co-founder Shanti Bhushan for speaking against Kejriwal.
The letter to the Delhi chief minister, who is undergoing naturopathy treatment in Bengaluru, said: “We request you to require strict disciplinary action against these leaders. If it does not happen can|there’ll} be no discipline within the party and the party will end.
“We hope that you can take our statement seriously and set an example by taking action against these leaders,” the two-page letter in Hindi said. it had been not directly famous how many legislators have signed the letter.
Citing many anti-party activities, as well as tarnishing the image of the party by the Bhushans and Yadav, the legislators said : “The 3 leaders conspired for the defeat of the party within the Delhi assembly elections.”
