Kiev, Feb 20: Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych agreed a truce with opposition leaders Thursday, following twenty six people’s deaths in clashes witnessed this week, BBC reported .
In a statement, the president aforesaid “negotiations” would currently begin to finish last 2 days’ bloodshed.
Arseniy Yatsenyk, an opposition leader, confirmed this, saying there would be no new police tries to storm the most protest website, the Maidan, in Kiev.
