New Delhi, Feb 20: The Supreme Court Thursday ordered desert Sahara chief Subrata Roy to be in person present in the court Feb 26 for the failure of his real estate firms to come back investors Rs.19,000 crore that they’d collected through Optionally totally Convertible Debenture (OFCD).
The apex court bench headed by Justice K.S. Radhakrishnan also directed 3 alternative directors of Sahara’s companies firms to be present within the court Feb 26.
