Ingredients:
2 tsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1cup/ 237 milliliter water
Method:
-Use 1 part of cinnamon to two parts of raw honey.
-Boil in one cup of water.
-Pour the boiling water on the cinnamon. cowl it and let it course till it’s heat enough to drink.
-Add honey once the water is cool.
-Drink 1/2 of this before going to bed. the other half should be lined and refrigerated and this could be consumed in the morning. don’t re-heat it within the morning.
