Patna, October 27 A bomb exploded on a platform of the Patna train station Sunday morning, injuring 2 individuals, and another was recovered, police said.
Patna police said that, The bomb exploded at the recently-constructed platform number 10 at the Patna junction station around 10.30 a.m. before the Bharatiya Janata Party’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi’s “hunkar” rally here.
Patna Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Manu Maharaj said a team from Patna police bomb squad conjointly recovered a live bomb, and the injured are admitted to the Patna Medical college and Hospital.
The security has been more tightened by the police .
