New Delhi, Nov 18, 2016: SC no to stay, for now, on demonetisation problem in lower courts. The Supreme Court on Friday refused to remain, for now, the petitions towards demonetisation pending earlier than completely different High Courts and subordinate courts.

“It signifies the magnitude of the issue is critical. Persons are going to the High Courts for reduction. It is a critical concern. Allow them to go,” stated a bench of Chief Justice T.S. Thakur and Justice Anil R. Dave as Legal professional General Mukul Rohatgi urged the apex court to remain all such continuing in High Courts and subordinate courts as SC no to stay, for now, on demonetisation problem in lower courts.

Adjourning the matter for November 25, the court requested the Attorney General to maneuver switch petitions, which the court will contemplate.
