OMAR-ASrinagar, Nov 17: A BSF trooper, announce at Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah’s residence, Mon accidentally opened fire, police aforesaid.

“A BSF (Border Security Force) lookout announce at the chief minister’s residence fired a few shots from his automatic accidentally. The BSF trooper was instantly disarmed when being known,” a senior police official told.

Tension unfold within the high-security Gupkar road area as people believed an attack had taken place at the chief minister’s residence.
