New Delhi, Sep 22, 2016: Somnath Bharti arrested for damaging AIIMS property. Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) legislator Somnath Bharti was arrested on on prices of damaging AIIMS property and misbehaving with its security guards, the police stated.

The Delhi Police had registered an FIR in opposition to Bharti and his supporters on September 11 following the criticism of All India Institute of Medical Sciences’ (AAIMS) Chief Security Officer R.S. Rawat.

Rawat, in his written grievance stated that Bharti, round 9.45 a.m. on September 9 “provoked the mob to break the fence of presidency property (AIIMS)” as Somnath Bharti arrested for damaging AIIMS property.

Rawat had additional alleged that Bharti gave permission to unauthorised individuals with JCB machines to get entry inside AIIMS from Gautam Nagar Nallah highway facet and misbehaved with safety personnel.

Within the criticism, it was additionally alleged that six security personnel have been injured whereas making an attempt to intervene and cease Bharti and his supporters from damaging AIIMS property when Somnath Bharti arrested for damaging AIIMS property.
