jagan-reddyHYDERABAD: YSR Congress party president YS Jaganmohan Reddy on Saturday launched an indefinite hunger strike at his residence in Hyderabad complaintive the Centre’s “arbitrary” decision to divide Andhra Pradesh and said his party would challenge the Union Cabinet’s decision within the Supreme Court.

In deeksha camp Jagan said : “We can challenge the Centre’s decision (to divide AP) within the Supreme Court,”.

Noting that there have been “legal problems” concerned within the state’s division, he questioned however the Centre might notice solutions in six weeks.

Jagan said”We are opposing the unilateral manner during which the Centre is functioning. how will it plow ahead with the bifurcation method without a resolution within the state assembly?” .
