Puneet Issar, who played the role of Duryodhan in BR Chopra’s popular television show ‘Mahabharat’ back in 1988, spoke about a non-bailable warrant issued against them for his scene of disrobing Draupadi. Recalling the incident on an episode of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’, the actor had said ‘Someone told us “Aapke naam ka warrant nikla hai, non-bailable warrant.”‘ Though the makers dealt with the warrant at that time, the case re-opened 28 years later. Puneet further added, ‘28 yrs later the case had opened again, and we had to hire a lawyer to represent us.
