New Delhi, Aug 30: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Kumar Vishwas aforesaid Sat that a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA had offered him the Delhi chief minister’s post once the April-May general elections this year.
“A BJP MLA who is also an old friend had come back to my house once elections. i assumed he had come back to either congratulate or sympathise as I had lost the (general) election. however he told me that his party wished me to accept the post of chief minister. He also told me he was meeting me at the bidding of the BJP leadership,” Vishwas told a news channel.
AAP leader Vishwas isn’t a Delhi MLA however had fought Lok Sabha elections from Amethi in Uttar Pradesh and lost.
Vishwas aforesaid he refused to accept the supply and like a shot aware his party colleague. However, he aforesaid he wouldn’t tell the BJP legislator’s name.
