New Delhi, Aug 29: The CBI here Fri filed a charge sheet against former telecom minister Dayanidhi Maran and others within the Aircel-Maxis deal case.
The charge sheet was filed before special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) judge O.P. Saini, who can hear the matter Sept. 11.
The CBI has named 5 people. united among them has died, charges against him abated.
The CBI has reserved them underneath charges of criminal conspiracy and numerous provision of the interference of Corruption Act.
Four companies has conjointly been named in the charge sheet.
