Ingredients:
1 ½ cups natural flour
¾ cup sugar or different sweetener
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp chocolate
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup canola oil
1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
1 cup cold water
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350 (175) degrees. mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and chocolate in a very bowl and stir it with a fork till mixed. create a hole within the centre and add the vanilla, oil, vinegar and water. Stir with a fork till well mixed. Pour into a 9×9-inch baking dish (or cake pan), and bake within the preheated oven for half-hour, till a strip inserted in centre comes out clean.
Cool fully, then frost with chocolate cream icing (below).
Makes one 9-inch cake or eight cupcakes
Chocolate cream frosting
This is enough if you have got doubled the above instruction.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp cashew butter
1/3 cups sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
½ tsp vanilla
2-4 tbsp water
Method:
Cream all the ingredients in a tiny bowl then add enough water to make a thick but spreadable frosting.
