Manila, November 9 : At least 100 people have been killed in Philippines by the super typhoon ‘Haiyan’, the strongest to hit the country this year, authorities said.
Around 100 individuals were found dead in Leyte province of central Philippines by the super typhoon ‘Haiyan’ (local name Yolanda), reports from Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP).
Another 100 individuals were wounded, CAAP Deputy Director John Andrews said in an interview with radio dzMM Saturday morning.
