This will help people to focus on more important aspects of life such as personal relationships, inner well-being, purpose and experiences which can be achieved without any resources as well. She asks people to look beyond materialistic wealth to remain happy.

They believe that the more they exert themselves, the better their chances are of having a comfortable and happy future. “I think hustle culture sounds cool and seems productive, but it can be draining mentally and physically,” said Dr Hitu Khera while interacting with TOI.
