New Delhi, October 29 Over twenty five million rail passengers will now find useful info regarding their train routes and stations at the click of a button on their smart phones.
RailYatri.in has launched a National Railyatri Alert System (NRAS)- an info system that helps passengers find info on their route, rail or destination on their internet enabled phone.
To get alerts, passengers need log on to m.railyatri.in on their mobile browser and click on the National RY Alerts System, a release said here Mon.
NRAS includes a comprehensive information of major recurring events like religious, community gatherings or that are known to result in heavy rush at specific locations, and warns users in advance if their travel takes them through one or a lot of hotspots, the release said.
