By India Today Sports Desk: Former Royal Challengers Bangalore batter AB de Villiers has called Yashasvi Jaiswal the most impressive player of the Indian Premier League 2023. Jaiswal, the uncapped opener from Rajasthan Royals finished his season with 625 runs, the highest from his franchise.
The batter finally paid off the trust shown in him by Rajasthan Royals and hit five half-centuries and one century in the season. The batter has performed at a time when Jos Buttler struggled for Rajasthan at the top of the order. Jaiswal was one of the standout batters in the powerplay and the stamped his authority over the opposition with his ability to find the gaps.
