4:50pm: Sheer domination by Bangladesh’s pacers, who have taken all the ten wickets of the innings in just 28.1 overs. Hasan Mahmud was brilliant, he took out the openers, Ireland’s No. 4, Harry Tector, and the last two wickets to fall. Taskin was brilliant alongside him with the new ball, the footwork of the top three was minimal, and there was a lot of plays and misses before the dismissals. A mini-collapse of 3 for 4 in eight balls ended the first powerplay before Tucker and Campher showed some resistance. The weather was iffy but cleared up. Bangladesh’s pacers brought back the heat along with the weather, Ebadot’s toe-crusher pinned Tucker and knocked over Dockrell in successive balls. Taskin Ahmed joined the party before Hasan Mahmud returned to complete his five-for.
