Islamabad, Aug 15,2016: Pakistan formally invites India to discuss Kashmir. Pakistan Foreign Secretary Aizaz Chaudhry on Monday invited his Indian counterpart S. Jaishankar to go to Islamabad for talks on Jammu and Kashmir.
