New Delhi, June 20: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal accused Narendra Modi-led Central authorities of “shielding” BJP MP Maheish Girri who, he alleged, performed a task within the murder of a New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) officer.
