Air India installs self-check-in kiosks at 26 airports

New Delhi, May 12: Nationwide passenger service Air India on Thursday stated that it has put in self-check-in kiosks at 26 airports across the nation for its home fliers.

self-check-in kiosksIn accordance with the airline, below this initiative which had began on May 1, passengers can procure boarding passes through the use of the self-check-in kiosks — often called CUSS (Widespread Use Self Service) — close to the check-in space on the airport.

“Nationwide service Air India has re-defined buyer comfort by changing into the primary airline to launch self-check-in kiosks for its home fliers that goals to make the customer support trouble free and the check-in course of expeditious,” the airline stated in a press release.

“The self-check-in kiosks helps in prolonged service availability, scale back buyer wait time, eliminates queues, expands service capability with a number of kiosks, thereby dashing up the check-in expertise.”
