Chennai, Sep 22: The US-based privately control HTC global Services – an IT services company – is negotiating to shop for a care services company whereas additionally gazing dress shop corporations within the quality (mobile application) area, a senior official has said.

He said if HTC world Services bags the corporate, it’d facilitate it to grow within the care supplier (hospitals) area.
Referring to the recent acquisition of the US-based TriZetto by cognizant for $2.7 billion, Mudumby said the trend is towards acquisition led growth.
He said cognizant acquisition of TriZetto won’t have negative or positive impact on HTC world Services.
On the growth plans within the US, Mudumby said HTC world Services has acquireda 15-floor property in Michigan and can be shifting a number of its operations there.
In india HTC world Services can target the banking, retail and different sectors.
