Jaipur, Feb 15: Thirteen members of a family and a driver were killed in a road accident in Rajasthan early Saturday, police said.
The incident took place near Balesar village within the state’s Jodhpur district, 350 km from here.
“A family of 17 people were going to Jodhpur to participate in a feast once the SUV in which they were travel collided with another SUV,” police inspector Gautam Dotasara said.
“Thirteen people of the family and the driver of the other SUV were killed within the accident,” Dotasara said.
He added that 5 men, four children and 5 women were among the dead.
“Four are critically injured. they’re undergoing treatment…,” the officer said.
