New Delhi, Feb 15: Lt. Governor Najeeb Jung has forwarded the resignation of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to President Pranab Mukherjee, an official aforesaid Saturday.
Forty-nine days once he took charge of a minority Delhi government, Kejriwal Fri resigned following a unquiet day within the assembly wherever combined Congress and BJP legislators “defeated” his AAP’s attempts to introduce Jan Lokpal bill aimed to curb corruption in high places.
