New Delhi, Aug 2,2016: Aam Aadmi Occasion chief Ashish Khetan on Tuesday mentioned that laxity by Delhi Police is the reason for Soni’s death.

Soni committed suicide on July 19 after being allegedly harassed by Ramesh Bhardwaj, who claimed to be a supporter of Aam Aadmi Party legislator from Narela Sharad Chauhan.

The AAP has clarified that Bhardwaj was by no means related to the celebration where laxity by Delhi Police is the reason for Soni’s death.

Khetan stated in her letter Soni stated that the accused Bhardwaj was threatening her with dire penalties whereas police was doing nothing. Soni additionally accused the investigation officer of supporting him.
