SHIELA11New Delhi, Feb 15: Former Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit Saturday aforesaid the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government failed because it began to go “beyond the constitution”.

“Though AAP tried to tackle Delhi’s problem, however i do not think they succeeded because they started going beyond the constitution… which is once they extremely unsuccessful,” aforesaid Dikshit.

She aforesaid the Congress supported the AAP government, thinking they’ll fulfil all the people-friendly points and guarantees created within the past and in their their party manifesto.

When asked if the Congress was expecting early assembly polls, Dikshit aforesaid that it had been for the Lt. governor to choose.

“It is for the Lt. governor and the home ministry to choose once the polls can be conducted,” she said.

Kejriwal Fri resigned because the chief minister once Congress and BJP legislators “defeated” AAP’s attempts to introduce the Jan Lokpal bill.

Lt. Governor Najeb Jung had earlier written to Speaker M.S. Dhir saying the bill shouldn’t be tabled within the assembly as he has not approved it.

However, Kejriwal was adamant on introducing his pet bill in the assembly and announced his resignation later at his party office once the bill couldn’t introduced.
