Srinagar, Sep 8, 2016: Kashmir Valley shuts for 62nd consecutive day. Authorities made heavy deployment of safety forces in Srinagar and different areas of the Kashmir Valley on Thursday as life remained paralysed for the 62nd consecutive day, officers stated.

A senior police officer mentioned deployment of safety forces in enough power have been made in outdated metropolis and uptown areas of Srinagar and different components of the valley.

“Curfew has not been imposed wherever within the valley on Thursday,” the officer stated.

The militants attacked Pulwama police station within the early hours of Thursday.
