New Delhi, Nov 21, 2016: Delhi HC to listen to plea towards Rs 2,000 notes on Tuesday. The Delhi High Court on Tuesday will hear a plea that seeks withdrawal of the newly launched Rs 2,000 notes and roll-back of demonetisation.

The plea filed by Pooja Mahajan, a Delhi-based fashion designer, mentioned the decision was “arbitrary and unconstitutional” as Delhi HC to listen to plea towards Rs 2,000 notes on Tuesday.

The petition mentioned that on November eight, the central authorities issued two notifications below the RBI Act.
