ARUN-JAITLYBengaluru, April 04: Minister of finance Arun Jaitley aforesaid on Saturday that the land bill passed throughout the rule of the UPA government was “anti-farmer” and the BJP can campaign among people for the new land bill to clarify its edges.

Talking to the media on the second day of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national govt meeting here, Jaitley aforesaid that the party totally backed the initiatives of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the government.

He aforesaid that the new bill brought by the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government can facilitate boost rural infrastructure and added  the projected industrial corridors can give jobs to all together with the landless and the Dalits.

“There was a robust read within the party to campaign on these problems,” he said.

Jaitley aforesaid that the 2013 Act turned out to be “anti-farmer” because it “prevents rural roads, housing in rural areas and rural electrification”.

“The 2015 amendments request to correct that.”

He aforesaid that the “weakness” of 2013 Act came to the fore when its implementation.

“It is then that the state governments completed wherever the shoe pinches,” Jaitely aforesaid.

The new land bill has been passed with 9 official amendments within the Lok Sabha however has not been passed within the Rajya Sabha wherever the Modi regime lacks a majority.

Apart from the Congress, many different opposition parties are firmly rallied against the controversial  bill.

President Pranab Mukherjee has given his assent to the re-promulgation of the land ordinance because the previous ordinance is ready to lapse Apr five.
