Hyderabad: K Chiranjeevi the Union tourism Minister has resigned from his post in protest against the Cabinet’s approval of the formation of separate Telangana.

The actor-turned-politician faxed his resignation to the Prime Minister’s workplace on weekday night. He can meet the PM nowadays.
