Dec 7, 2016: Pakistan aircraft with 47 individuals crashes. A Pakistani airplane carrying 47 passengers and crew on a home flight to Islamabad crashed within the northern province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Wednesday, the media reported.

The passengers on the small aircraft operated by the state-run Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) included famous pop singer-turned-evangelist Junaid Jamshed, Daybreak newspaper stated.
It mentioned the plane crashed on technique to Islamabad from the northern city of Chitral after dropping contact with the air visitors management as Pakistan aircraft with 47 individuals crashes.
Citing international aviation watchdog Aviation Herald, the newspaper reported that the airplane went down close to Abbottabad “on account of engine issues”.
