PATILMumbai, March 12: AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal Wed took an auto-rickshaw from the field to Andheri station from wherever he travelled in a community train throughout the launch of his campaign in Maharashtra. The BJP said the AAP was a “dramebaaz” party.

Maharashtra Home Minister R.R. Patil said that if any laws were profaned by the Aam Aadmi Party, action would be taken and payment for injury to any holding would be recovered from it.

Welcomed by a huge crowd of AAP activists, a large media contingent and a major police presence, the previous Delhi chief minister stepped out of the Mumbai field and hailed an auto beside 2 other party leaders.

A contingent of police personnel, media persons and party activists caudated the car over the complete five-km distance until Kejriwal alighted close to Andheri station east.

At least another dozen car-rickshaws employed prior to by AAP supporters drove in hot pursuit to stay pace with Kejriwal’s auto, and at one point reportedly broke a light.

Enthusiastic AAP supporters were seen hanging out of the autos and stopping them haphazardly close to Andheri station, making a tie up for many minutes.

As he got down, another crowd cheered and just about mobbed Kejriwal, who was clad in a skyblue shirt, sleeves part rolled up, his trademark AAP cap and dark trousers.

“I paid the auto fare of Rs.48 for the ride to the auto driver, who was in turn mobbed by the electronic media for his bytes,” town AAP treasurer Suresh Acharya told.

Wearing a confused expression, Kejriwal acknowledged the AAP supporters by raising his hands and saying one thing however it was submerged within the cacophony, Acharya said.

At Churchgate station, there was a lot of chaos as some AAP volunteers brought down a sensor to clear the manner for Kejriwal’s entourage.

However, Bharatiya Janata Party town spokesperson Shaina N.C. said the AAP has no respect for Mumbai commuters. “It’s a party of dramebaaz,” she said.
