Patna, April 14: The AAP Monday demanded the transfer of the superintendent of police in Bihar’s Nalanda district once its candidate, Pranav Prakash, was attacked and injured by unidentified men.
Prakash was molested Sunday evening in Utarthu village once he was on his thanks to the Aam Aadmi Party’s election workplace.
“Pranav Prakash was badly crushed and injured and admitted to a hospital for treatment,” aforesaid the AAP convenor for Bihar, Somnath Tripathy.
He blamed the Janata Dal-United for the attack.
Tripathy aforesaid the AAP had asked the election commission to immediately transfer the superintendent of police of Nalanda, the house district of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
