Print Industry Confirm To Adopt Green And Eco Friendly Technology.

Green And EcoGreater Noida, November 17th, 2013: PAMEX 2013 confirms to adopt green and eco friendly technology on its penultimate day. Mr.A.M.S.GAshokan, President, All India Federation of Master Printers said “Owing to the disposal concerns for the print industry with strict pollution control measures, we are investing in a common facility centre (CFC) on the capital equipment for recycling and proper waste disposal. We will also make our affiliates to adopt green and eco-friendly technology. AIFMP has published special a book on this to enable print firms adopt it.”

Mr.S.R.Sharma, Chairman of the Pamex Managing Committee, said, “The objective of Pamex is to bring what is best in the world to India. This includes providing opportunity to the Indian manufacturers. The overall market sentiments maybe low, but compared to western countries, the print firms in India are well placed.”

Mr.I.P.Wadhwa the chief organizer of Pamex 2013 said “this exhibition has hosted 258 exhibitors from 21 countries across the world. The substrates market is pegged at $4000 million and has a phenomenal growth projection of 72 per cent and the market would thus be close to $7000 million”

Mr.S.R.Sharma, Chairman, Pamex 2013 further elaborated “the exhibitors at Pamex 2013 provided the opportunity to push sales and appoint distributors. Some exhibitors could locate foreign buyers exploring the possibility for joint ventures.

The ink’s market is estimated to be US$356 million and is projected to grow by 78%. The substrates market is pegged at US$4000 million and has a phenomenal growth projection of 72% and the market would thus be close to US$7000 million. The other consumables market which today a stand at US$155 million is also expected to witness tremendous growth of almost 70%” (All figures are
