Kolkata, May 2: The EC can examine a CD of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee‘s speech within which she had issued a virtual threat to police and suspected them of making topsy-turvyness, an officer added here on Monday.

“The poll panel has wanted a report from the district official for alleged model poll code violation. The CD of her speech is being sent to the Commission,” further chief electoral officer Dibyendu Sarkar explained.
